A couple weeks ago the Brit and I met a friend who was in Paris for the weekend with a friend of hers. We met up at Juveniles, a laid back wine bar near Palais Royale. The owner had a petition against EU plans that would allow European winemakers to make rosé wine by mixing red and white wines. Not surprisingly, he found the idea to be horrendous. French winemakers, like the wine bar owner, are apparently outraged. Is mixed rosé repulsive or revolutionary? Read about it here.
