While I'm not quite sure what is meant by a "gastronomic" meal I am sure that eating in France, especially in Paris is one of the better experiences in life. My favorite meals are the simple ones, made with fresh ingredients and served with style. It is certainly worth honoring the tradition of food as practiced in France.
