Recycled bottle trees

A while back I posted a photo of Xmas trees made of recycle bottles. Last month the Brit and I were in the same neighborhood and noticed even more of these trees.

Apparently they are done by DesignPack Gallery and for each tree sold, some money is given to WWF. So for those of you in Paris later this year who want a Xmas tree, how about something a bit different…

Motocar

I passed this little vehicle on a street in the 10^th arrond and thought it was kinda funky. I might be a bit hard to see from the photo, but it was parked in the motorcycle parking. Apparently the driver had received several tickets because there was a long letter in one of the windows stating that he had approval from the appropriate authorities to park in the motorcycle section.

Crèche art

This artwork is on the wall outside of a crèche. I don’t remember the arrondissement (I think it’s in the 1^st). How nice to see building art that doesn’t have graffiti on it.
